not bad but the complete lack of shadows bugs me somewhat
Doesn't really look like a sandy haze or anything is happening, just looks like an sand colored filter. Try adding some noise.

Maybe he's sneezing because the others don't seem to be bothered by anything
Look's more like an awkward filter, there should be some grains of sand and dirt stirring if there's winds like you're trying to portray.
