Was watching The Matrix and reading about hackers fucking up people's day and this came to mind and then fruition. Could probably use some editing, but.... I don't care enough!
Can't see shit , the rain is really not good looking. You should scale it up, the drops are too small and too numerous.
Make the raindrops longer and layer it so that the smaller drops are behind the soldier while the big ones are in front.
