I realize you don't know a whole lot about the process of getting custom models into garrys mod.
This is what you are asking: To model a/several Judges from the movie Judge Dredd. This process would require a person to have the skillset of a 3D modeler artist. Something people study 3 years to get a bachelors degree in. To model this character would take a proffesional 1-2 weeks to complete.
And this is also the wrong section to post a model request in.
But I agree, it would indeed be cool. :)

I know what the process is. Regardless, is there a way to move this? Again, wrong tab open.
(I'm also asking to have just a generic one, no one specific. I was also wondering if it were possible with existing models.)

I could be an asshole and repeat what Hairybastard say about the wrong section even though you've justified yourself, or act like a dick and say something sarcastic like "Wow, what nice graphics".
Instead, I want to thank you for reminding me about this movie. It's one of those things I've been meaning to watch and haven't yet, so it's good to have a reminder every now and then!
