isolation is bad, you can see the greenscreen you used. i suggest zooming in the picture till you see the pixels and slowly isolate. take your time in doing it, half-arsed pictures are not wanted.
the anti-aliasing is way too low, the jagged lines are very obvious and do not appeal to anyone. turn them up in-game and it will look tons better.
also, your isolation isn't perfect. i suggest you use a map and maybe the in-game flames to use as a background for the time being. then, you can practise using other pictures.
posing is okay from what i see.
that's all.
