The bloom hurts my eyes, no AA, bad posing, weird camera angle, bad faceposing, wrong map.

Here's some tips:

Up the AA settings
Turn off the bloom and model LOD.
Use TF2 maps for TF2 poses
Improve your posing, camera angles and faceposing.
