Blood is too obviously just a brush and is probably a little too bright.
Normal maps on the models are horrible.
Light shaft obscures too much of the picture, and gives a strange impression that the dead dude is a nice guy and we should feel sorry for him blowing his own brains out.
Clipping is really distracting.
Camera angle isn't very interesting.
Head position of the guy on the right is off.
