MARSOC shooting a .44. (Now in three different flavors.)

The wonderful contrast between wood and steel, something a .44 and a good ol' kabar share.
Yeah, I'm jumping on the COD bandwagon too.. plus i just love tac knife with the .44.
I added some crazy swirly foggy shit, fire, muzzle fllash, and rain because i wanted to make it crazy epic.

The fire hasn't been affected by the DoF.

The rain is poorly done, and somehow beige looking. If someone fired a .44 like that, their hand would hurt, a lot. So would their face.

The muzzle flash is aight, but there is a opacity thing right at the beginning at the bottom.

I totally forgot about the fire.
About the recoil, it'd hurt sure but that don't mean you cant do it.
And the rain looks beige cause it's passing through the misty shit and the overlay colors make it look weird.

I liked the rain version. Wood for you.

I fired a 44 many times. You can shoot like that of course, but not for long. Your wrist will promise a buck load of pain in the morning. And you'll need room for the recoil, and your face shouldn't be in it:)

Yeah I agree with Satansin about the rain and you need to erase the motion-blurring errors at the bottom of the picture. You need to use multiple rain layers, some in front and some behind the character so that it looks more 3D.

The second picture is okay but overall I think the pictures are quite over-edited.
