Updated the picture slightly :P added a shadow to make the bread more in-game like, though it was in-game, but looked like a copy-paste XD Added grain for a bit more cinematic feel :P

I like how there are shadows in the hallway near Louis to make it seem there are more zombies coming.

I'd give the bread to them so that they would eat something else than brains and flesh. Bread is rich in dietary fibers.
