The splinter cell lens flare is rather heavy, and it's hard to tell that said "Lethal Infection" exists until I inspected the background. With the title the way it is, you should make the dead bodies/zombies the forefront of the image, and the soldiers either hiding or arriving at the scene.
Otherwise, solid pic, good job on the editing.
