Needs more shit flying around the bullet entry and the face posing on the citizen makes him look like he's bored as fuck but i really like the rest of the posing and effects.
Not bad. Some nice stuff going on, but the bloom is ruining everything. The guy becomes way way way too bright. You could have toned down the amount of shading you put on his back too, it became a bit too dark so it becomes more of an annoyance to me at least.
The guy should definitely look at the combine with a bit more of an angry/pissed off/annoyed look. At least look at him if you wanted him to be a stone cold motherfucker. Tilt up the head and direct the eyes. Maybe even lean over a bit because he's actually pushing a damn crowbar/stick/pole into the combines stomach, needs some force to do that which is given by tilting over. Maybe tilt over on the side he hold the crowbar.
You know, like if we see it from above it's like this: / <- crowbar on top and pistol on the bottom. Head in the middle, obviously.
Maybe try to make a more ripped texture around the pole hole, make the blood out of the head also spurt a little bit around all the angles, not just in one direction. Do keep the main flow of blood in the same direction though, just drips and drops out the other ways.
It's pretty good though. Always liked it when things crush up and leaves lots of debrises. Maybe add more of it like Santz recommends? I dunno, more variation in size on the maybe.

I like the debris but you really gotta go easy on the contrast.
Is that a crowbar? Because if that's a crowbar then this is kind of ridiculous.
Good pose and good editing, although the Citizen looks like he has killed him rather effortlessly and lacks emotion.
