The 2 soldiers in the front look like if they are going like:"Hey, my weapons is bigger than yours."
Great posing, apart from some clipping. The texture on the ground is so bad though and it makes the shadows look odd and the picture empty.
Posing is top shelf, the only thing hold this picture back from being great is the map. Location, Location, Location.
Top right windows texture is incredible, its so bad (So is ground)
Kind of ruins the picture a bit.
Good job. Could use some blur or light effects. Maybe a sun blur would look good.

Of the front two soldiers, the left one is sinking into the depths of the surface texture.
It's not a good texture, neither is quicksand.. I guess you got a two-in-one combo.
