Some of the blur is totally out of place and ruins the depth; the lens flare is also pretty bad.
Posing is decent, but the left guy's wrists are totally unnatural and they're clipping with the sleeves.
The map is blocky, I'd suggest picking another one or try scenebuilding and filling up the empty spaces.
Ya I should have set the gun a bit lower so his wrist was at a natural state. The original concept for this pic was going to be from above to give you an out of body experience feel. So that in mind I didn't think about the surrounding area. Thanks for the input!
EDIT: This was the original image, so I wasn't thinking about the blocky ugly buildings around.
