This could use a little more work on it, to be fair.
The posing could definetly be worked on with the walking people. I mean, who sways their head like that then they walk?
You could refine the composition up a little more, and add some more content to show us what is going on in the picture.
If you need any help with tutorials on lights or shadows I can link you to them if you want.

Thanks for the advice, Their not actually swaying their heads, their looking at someone else in the picture but I couldn't find a good enough angle to get every single person I had in the shot.
