The troopers in the first pic, especially the one on the right, aren't holding the weapons. You need to pose the fingers too, not just the hands. And what's up with the TIE being so jaggy?
Take your time and put effort into what you're doing, and you'll get better. If you put effort into this, put some more. Really. When you have nailed the posing, you can start learning how to edit your stuff.
