How is my first scene using the nicer looking Shadows? Finally am happy with some custom settings for the r_project-what ever filter.
I really need some feedback on this, thanks.
(And YES I will work on the AA.)
In my opinion, the guy on the right looks too calm; like he's resting his hand on the beam and taking a break.
Also, the vast difference in lighting between the indoor bit and outdoor make it look like someone cut-and-pasted the bit with the soldiers onto a dark background.
However, I like the posing on the left guy a lot. He looks great.
The guy on the right. . . I think he's a bit confused or about to start a dance number. His legs are pointing right, his torso is facing left, his head's in the middle and the front of his hand is over the board. Just like his posing. The guy on the left is a LOT better, but the way his leg is with the kneepad, it looks like he's just standing really awkwardly instead of leaning or something like that. The contrast is nice though.
