Blood looks great.
Muzzleflash is cool.
Smoke is nice enough.

Posing seems a little weak on the American, and he must be pretty damn skilled to hit those two guys almost at the same time off the hip with a BAR while running.
The tracers look like Star Wars lasers.

It's good, but i'd suggest you use some higher res models, and maybe some other maps.
