Not sure about the blood, something about it doesnt look right. Any suggestings?

I think what you mean about the blood is that in the front of the citizen, it's going a bit far too the left. But other than that, this looks real good. Great job!

I like it.

Camera angle is good.
Blood shape is great, although parts are a little bright.
The dodging on the woman's hair have made her look like an old lady.
The burning has ruined the colours on her face a little.
