...Anyway, I think it's very nicely done.
I love those reflections, but those rain splashes are a bit too white for my taste.
Also the rain in the top part of the screenshot looks slightly lower quality than the rest of the rain.
Kinda reminds me a scene from "The Rock" :

Rain looks pretty bad.
The rain is over-all a bit too blurry and in some areas too bright. Drops tend not to be that huge and are instead thinner and sharper. Additionally, at night when there is a clear source of light, usually only the drops in the beam are very visible, with ones outside of it being nearly [I]in[/I]visible. Kinda like the below picture:

Yeah, I'm gonna have to redo the rain because I just found a tutorial that's much better than the one I used originally
I redid the rain, IMO it looks much better than the last one
