Part 2 to be added later, for now enjoy part 1 This might just take a while to load, go get a coke or something. (Right click, view image) And photoshop caused half the spelling mistakes itself, its really a bitch to type walls of text in. Part two coming later! A few examples of what this can do: Now the following two I find way less succesfull (Kinda made the difference between the shots too big in this one.): ^ Gonna remake that later, but then better. And this is what happens when you move the camera between the two different angles + what happens if you set the time between frames too low, just to show/warn: Now go! And experiment with this! But first drop a comment on how I did for a first tutorial and how I should improve it. And I need some suggestions to include in the second.
Nice!
yay
Originally I tryed and posted a picture I made using this without the camara thinger and it looked horrible but I just tryed it again so I'll edit my post because it doesn't look nearly as bad, though I forgot to blur the pictures! :v: Here's something a little different I tryed using everything you did and here's the same thing just the way you do it I'll mess around with this in the future, it's pretty cool. Nice tutorial for your first, though a lot of the text seems cluttered but it's not confusing to read just not very pretty.
Gonna have a go at this soon.
From the looks of it, you raised the camera a little. Did you use a steady, flat prop as rotation prop?
From the looks of it, you raised the camera a little. Did you use a steady, flat prop as rotation prop?
I actually didn't use a prop at all. I thought maybe I could do it without one, silly me. I edited my post with new pictures! (:
FileSmelt is down
FileSmelt is down
Its back now, don't worry. Just wondering: Should I do part 2 or is it good like this?
Its back now, don't worry. Just wondering: Should I do part 2 or is it good like this?
Do a part 2. That will explain how to make a .gif right?
Do a part 2. That will explain how to make a .gif right?
Yes. At least for photoshop users. GIMP I have no knowlegde of or whatsoever. Allthough I'd like to know if more people want part 2, spending a few hours on a fancy tutorial doesn't seem right for 2 or 3 people. If I don't make a part 2 PM me for some brief instructions.

Oh my god, it's like it has that 3D arcade feel!
I think it came out kinda well.
^ yeah came out well fantasticunt release part 2
Does it work on gimp?
take the two pictures, put them side to side (make them smaller of course) and cross your eyes until you see 3 pictures. Focus on the middle one. Tada, an optical illusion! (i think it would be classified as an optical illusion.... :downs: )
That's not an answer that I'm asking. I just want to know if I can use gimp to make a gif animation.
i know?
