I kind of improvised the water splashing. Made this on Adobe After Effects, as a matter of fact, so no brushes!

Okay, so...
Kleiner's head on Vaas' body. You probably should've made the head a bit smaller or at least hide that missing neck somehow.
And you can quite clearly see the watermark on that splash effect.

Other than that, the only advice would be to have Kleiner's skin darker. And, well, the blood is too "clean" for being half in water.

the blood is already dried so it wouldnt smudge in water.
Have you not seen cast away?
