Background is way higher resolution than anything on the citizen and there's a huge seam right next to him. The lighting doesn't match, either. TBH, I'm not really sure what you were going for with this.

also it looks like he's wearing a glowing ascot
checkerboard dreams on the eyes.
You need the texture fix for the enhanced textures. (to solve the eye issue)
Why is there a tiling issue right in the middle of the screenshot ?
