Yeah, I couldn't get the smoke quite right. Any smaller, it looked too small, any bigger, you get the idea.
Why black beard?

I know that Francis and Louis look out of it, but is there anything bad about Bill?
Bill has an odd pose going, i'd guess it's because of his slouched posture in combination with how the leg is angled. The posing isn't really an issue. I'd say the biggest problem is the smoke edit, and the overall color scheme. The whole scene is very dark. I know you're going for that depressed look, but I'd suggest going with other effects besides just making the whole scene dark. Overall, not a bad posing pic, but there are a lot of little things that take away from it.

The posing is a bit strange on bill. Otherwise I like it.
I had to do this, in like 5 minutes hoping GMod wouldn't crash at the time. Next time I'll try to have more time.
