And, None of the Post Processing effects work on this Laptop, so thats why there is no DoF.
You seem to have some AA Issues, up your graphics.
The Graphics, are as high as possible on this laptop. And for now I lack the funds for a good computer.
If your computer is really that bad, then try to make the main attraction of the picture not look so bad. Also, the rules post at the top page has some good Gimp tutorials that you could use.

He's the Infiltrator class, therefore he gets the Tactical Cloak special ability.
