That thumbnail looks TERRIBLE
I like the wallpaper. The text is cool so well done there Perfumly. I feel like more could have been done with the engie though - he looks so bright compared to the dark background.
The pose is cool although it feels like he's leaning forwards quite a lot. Perhaps it's the camera angle.

i actually had his body pointed 40 degrees backwards so i could take the screenshot at a weird angle and make him look like hes standing straight

Just gave me a good idea, I think I'll replace ENGINEER with MAKIN' BACON
Looks good, it's just that the map doesn't fit the TF2 theme, and neither does the physgun, and the phygun looks aweful.
Make sure to raise your jpeg quality to max and your graphics to max.
