That is pretty cool.
That is pretty clever with the glow, although a little too consistent if it were to be rain.
And to the second point, it doesn't really look like rain. Looks like a medium snowfall.
It looks more like snow to me.

The red lighting on the rain is a little strong, but it's a cool idea that I don't see many people do.
