If I remember correctly, it's a different bodygroup for the regular Engineer Ragdoll.

bodygroup 2 or 3, depending if you want him WITH or WITHOUT the hat.
Still doesn't work.
It's actually Bodygroup 2 1 or 3 1.
But those still don't work.
