Some minor editing and fingerposing would have done wonders for this pic. Also the whole pic is waaaaaaaay too orange; you should do some research into color theory.
This is one of those rare occasions where having strong dark shadows is a good thing. Maybe increasing the darkness of the current shadows could just do the trick here.

I think that you sould put some more dynamism into the fingers, i don't feel them like "that" much realistic. Besiding that looks pretty good man
