The main problem I have with this screenshot and others is the fact that, the man is aiming the pistol with his left arm, and holding a shotgun in the otherhand. You should make it seem like the shotgun is leaning on his right shoulder, you can't hold a shotgun prefectly straight up with one hand. It doesn't look right. Also, work on finger posing.
