The Other Dimension (Series) - Garry's Mod

This is the first time I've done a comic like this with Gmod. The Other Dimension takes place in the world of Garry's Mod Obviously, but this comic will be intersecting with a 2d Sprite comic at one point. somewhat decent first start, but if you really want to get good at this, try posing with REAL ragdolls, not those awful down-syndrome ragdolls that are very difficult to pose.

What's so Fake about Sonic Ragdolls? TOD is a Sonic Fan Comic.

Not bad although i think the following changed could make it better. Make it a bit longer 5 panels is a bit short if you trying to tell a story it just feels fragmented. your speech bubbles look jaggy around the edges. If your referring to something that happened in a previous panel make sure you emphasize that more i couldn't see sonic in panel 3 unless i looked for it and knew it was there. Not bad for a first go.

I'm not saying anything about your posing OP, all I'm saying is that those ragdolls don't have easy joints to work with like a human ragdoll.

can't see shit captain, work on the lighting editing is piss poor, speech bubbles are huge for such a small comic turn your graphics up i don't know if it's the models or your gfx but its poor quality make the frame way bigger and don't think you are restricted to that panel layout you have, experiment to make a layout that flows well and is functional uhhh if you are using GIMP i can't really help you but there are good speech bubble tutorials around and stuff if you care to look for them and get an english speaking person to proofread because you really need grammar/spelling work try to make it longer, this took all of 20 seconds to read, and it is just foreshadowing some stuff but it would be cool if we could get a little bit more of story in each comic thats all i think

Oh my God, Advertisements lol, I'm sick of these. Anyway, It's a good start. Work a little bit more on layout and speech bubbles editing, work on the posing and make the story a bit more clear, even though you're gonna answer some questions about the story in the next episodes, the first episode must always (in most of the cases) present the characters to the viewer and the world around them, so we can get a better idea of what's going on. Keep it up, mate!

Paint itself is not the problem. Look at the pannel with the 2 Amys. the Amy on the left is not faceposeable. So her face was edited in Paint to make her look more angry.

The credits are for both Dimension Sonic and The Other Dimension. Chapter 2 of Dimension Sonic is suppose to use Garry's mod like the April Fools Comic did. (I may need to show that one here.) All those "advertisements" are simply Credit tags seen on Sprite sheets unless they are simply text. In that case, they are simply credits. Basically I have a credits page to give credit where credit is due. Like the credits sequence of something like the Gmod Idiot Box.

No offence, but try posing with some real ragdolls, no one on the facepunch forums will want to read a comic with those kind of ragdolls.

Things are kind of dark and a lot of the issues could easily be fixed with gimp. Just giving a heads up bro. Nice posing though. You're getting better I see.

The heck people complaining about? He can't make a comic with ragdolls unless they are human? That's just stupid. It's a good start for a first comic really. You've already started with the small bubbles which is good. I think the comic itself could be bigger, it really doesn't need to be that small. Overall it's alright. Could be interesting as it goes along maybe. And don't listen to folks you've only been around the forums for a month. They have no clue what people on Facepunch want to read lol
