They are effects, ported from Spec Ops : The Line by znalecc.

christ those black shading spots look awful, mainly because they're so dark and sharp. you should spread the dark spots around a little, so to speak. same with the lighting on the rightmost dude's back kit. why did you draw it with just thin stripes like that? use in-game lighting from now on.
The blood goes over the gun and looks kinda weird. It's good, but could be better.
I will to edit it on my own then and fix the problems, where Doc failed. :v:
