His sitting\squatting pose looks fairly awkward, but is a pretty picture otherwise.
I wouldn't have set the focus on him, the left side of the scene is utterly empty.
Over-sharpening. I would have used less. The guy on the top right looks a little stiff with his legs locked like that. Other than that it's nice, you're getting better for sure.
It feels like you oversharpened the guy in the middle. Blur's ncie though.
