Really nice.
The special effects really stand out, as does the lack of scattered civilians in the background unfortunately.
You can do anything with editing like this, take it to the next level.

I had an incredible anger trip over trying to get mostly everything in the shot while the focus is still on the CP and the man getting shot. I understand if it looks like weird composition but really it's just the only angle this looks right from.

I see what you did there with that CP.
Only complaint is the use of the same Citizens, i see bald guy 4 times.
Posing is a bit lazy in the back too.
