Commissioning a High Quality Source Video, any pointers?

I'm looking to commission a short video (1 to 2 minutes) of a scripted scene in Counter Strike GO.

It needs to be made to a pretty high standard, and I'm willing to pay up to four figures to see it through.

Could someone point me in the direction of where I should go about hiring someone, or perhaps some pre-exciting groups to talk to?

It's going to be used as a prototype-esque teaser of a game in development, and used to help acquire funding, this there's a lot of money set to make sure it's of a very high caliber.

Where should I go about finding someone/a group for the task? Reddit hasn't yielded many results insofar.

You could talk to me. I've got a bunch of people working in a production company crew. We're used to live action stuff but we've got good directors, writers, actors, etc.
