The faceposing is good, but the demoman shouldn't be holding his sword like a dagger with his thumb near the pommel of the sword, and with his smallest fingers towards the blade. At least, that's how it looks now. Although I suppose he could have flipped his grip on it mid-strike. Bah, I guess it doesn't matter much.
