Probably prop resizer, but it doesnt work with ragdolls.

Ups, forgot to comment on the pic :P You need to crop all the empty spaces around Mossman and only leave her.

But it won't work on ragdolls, only props.

I can't remember. In Gmod it is under Huge weapon pack. But it seems to be in this pack as well. Remember to dl the fix to.
