The colors are very good but the problem is the wooden wall in the background actually. It's what gives it that fullbright feel. It looks like a prop rather than an actual wall.
If one isolates the wooden wall and darkens it and the floor, I think it would be fixed. It's slightly paradoxical to the eye. The posed guys all have good lightning and colors on them, but the background is weird.
