The angle makes it look like hes raising his leg behind him, not really running..
A different angle would work better to show forward motion.
Looks like hes jogging through a desert?? and looking to his left and thinking to himself "Where is everything"

He looks too calm and his face posing is way too bland. Should've made him look worried or something.
The posing and faceposing are both pretty poor. He doesn't seem scared or in a rush at all, or even pumped up. His arms should be swinging at least to suggest some motion. Also, he looks like he has a giant head and a really long neck.
Too much chromatic aberration. That filter is becoming like the new SHEF now. It can look okay at times but most of the time I don't understand the point in it. It's what photographers go out of their way the most to avoid.
