I smell a translator.

The picture itself could be ok, but it's "filter raped", meaning that you used GIMP or PS filters that totally deformed the picture's appearance. But hot damn, the lighting is cool. Keep trying.

Lighting is pretty cool, rest looks like Borderlands went out of style so they made a new cel-shading theme.
