That will do the trick.
OK, lets start us off with some advices.
First, try to use NO-collide, it will help you avoid that annoying clash between 2 objects(like the Heavy and his gun), also if you are familiar with Faceposing you should also add finger posing to your pictures, it helps so bad to show that the ragdoll is gripping on the gun and not just holding it with flat fingers.
Try not to do blood spam as well(You know, the Paint tool+blood brush and spraying everything around a corpse) it doesn't make it look realistic and the in-game blood is pretty ugly if its used in such a big quantity(Same goes for the bullet holes spam).
Also, when you pose a ragdoll try to tuck-in its butt so it doesn't look weird.
And last but not least, when you pose something try to make it look natural not forced, try looking at reference pictures of the pose or just do the pose infront of a mirror and try to emulate it on Garrysmod.
AAAHHH, and please remove that FPS shit when you are taking the screenshots.

1. Yeah, that's what I did with the heavy, I'll do it more often
2. I actually used a turret doing 0 damage to myself, but I won't spam the brush or use the turret anymore.
