Hard-Boiled Ellis edit?
Myus all photoshop though D: no reskins or anything
Excellent posing.
Thank you :D
too much sharpening
the posing is fantastic! and shading is good too...i also like the cross-processed look.
Too much desat, too much sharpen, background too mono(brown)chrome overall, DoF too strong for such a small distance. Posing on Ellis is good, on Keith not so much but still passable. Lose the black bars, they do nothing for a picture other than waste space.
i love the coloring and lighting but seriously get rid of that terrible dof, terrible black bars and make the picture bigger. i would squint at it to grasp the overwhelming sharpness but it's just pixels so anything sharp just turns out white.
if you're going to sharpen; at least do it right.
Perfect, honestly in my opinion.
I agree. The DOF just needs slightly less focus blur, I personally prefer an image to look like this. (Even if the editing method is a bit cheap.)
Its fantastic but the model you used has kinda unnaturally wide shoulders...maybe it's just me. everything else is perfect
Ye the model is fubar, black bars are my thing btw.. I like them since I do movieschool D:
thanks for the reply's
The posing on Ellis is actually pretty bad. You hold a pistol with your both arms straight.

He's not about to fire the gun .. hes just holding it and looking around.
Don't call it bad if you dont know whats going on exactly?

Well, excuse my lack of telepathic abilities, but why is the other guy aiming down his sights then?

Maybe he's looking in a different way.. + real soldiers or even trained pro's cant always handle their gun with perfection. sometimes because of limitations.. sometimes because of personal prefferences.
i do understand though, but i dont think it apply's to this kind of picture D:
We have reached a consensus.
