The colors are pretty nice it just could use some more brightness to the existing lights and the addition of a rimlight for the citizen.

Simple but very cool indeed. The lighting looks very nice.
Some bloom coming through would look nice as well, not heavy, just faint.
i think it could do with some stronger rimlighting, like maybe a couple hard lamps in the back to make the figures pop out a bit more. it works nicely for the dude on the right but with the guy on the left and especially the one in the center they blend into the dark a bit much imo
