This one is way nicer. The rain seems to depthless to me, though. The rain beating off the characters looks great but in contrast to the size of the rain drops falling it just looks off to me. Simple fix, scale the impact rain drops differently from the falling drops to match them up more accurately. Aside from this, the bloom looks great and the fog atmospherics match their misty feel.
