First thing I thought of when I saw Heavy with sledgehammer was Sherlock Holmes.
Demo does seem a tad nonchalant about slaying Zombies.
The posing is expressionless and mediocre. The demoman one especially is so lax that it's unbelievable.
The demoman looks almost as if he's bored and just gently swinging his arms without any real effort at all, your posing needs serious work
