Can't hotlink Dropbox pics like that. Throw it on imgur.

You need to copy Dropbox's public link and then use the image or thumb tags for it to work.
Or upload pic here [url]www.wduwant.com[/url] and you get an easy [ img ] tag which you just copy and paste here for convenience.

I see you used the blur tool to blur it. Just use superdof under the Q menu. It's far easier.
Not bad, might wanna zoom in, or just add more stuff into the picture so its not as empty. Good work though.
