I really like this idea, however, something about it just seems really flat. I think it's due to the heavy shadows you edited it on the underside of the models on the floor, and the guy closest to the screen has stiff legs, rather than interacting with the ground. Also, I find that on the left and just the background in general is oddly empty. I understand not wanting to pose more bodies, but it could use it. If not, at least like, shields and arrows and such sticking in the ground, a few arrows in the trees. Just overall atmosphere.
Also, about the shadow edits, try not to make them so sharp, it looks out of place with the fog.
Overall I like it.
It really needs some more grass or leaves on the ground to cover up how flat it looks. The fog looks wonky as well. It goes from gray to blue.
Yeah, could really use a lot more foliage in the background.
I think how you can see nothing but a clear flat plane behind the tree's looks bad

Some of the posing is just wonky and doesn't really have a realistic feel to it, like the dead dude closest to the camera his legs are like floating off the ground for some reason.

And the shadows you edited in hell fuck with the fog.
I don't know why but you are all pointing out that the fog and the sky don't match while they blend perfectly on my monitor. As for the posing, really, I don't understand what's wrong apart from the legs of the foremost guy, the rest feels totally natural for me. Anyway, it seems like I have to re-do everything from the beginning...
I dunno the way the dude is holding his shield, the one that's walking. Like I reckon it looks like his legs would bump into his shield while he was walking you know, he should be holding it higher or more to his side.
Re-done
New version looks good!
The fog is great, idk why others are saying it's gray. The ground is very flat though, you could place some small foliage or small rocks to cover up the flatness.
