Shooting/prop spawning how to do it ?

Could someone by any chance tell me how he does that multiple spawning props/have them shoot in a direction thing ?

So far the closest ive come to figureing this out is maybe attaching a turret to a prop and makeing it a prop spawner

Is that it or is there another way ?
Cause the turret doesnt seem to have enough force to push the bigger objects (like barrels which was used in the example video ive seen )

I got a feeling the sticky bombs have thrusters attached, so when he spawns them with the prop spawner they automatically fly out

When you spawn a prop inside a frozen prop, it will fly out of the frozen prop. I think he used that to make the props fly.
