Tea-deploying operatives are actually specifically blinded by the Combine, so they don't see any rebels and get sidetracked from deploying their tea. These guys only have guns because a soldier they gave tea to thought the tea was so good that he absolutely must give something in return, but he only had his guns.
That dude on the right isn't actually trying to hit anything, he just likes the sound it makes.

Glad you guys liked it, and sorry about the intensity, i didn't edit this picture i just used a lot of contrast, was done in color mod.
And i'm also addicted to tea but i am quitting and that's kind of where i got the idea for this picture. So far 5 days without tea, i feel really exhausted and tired, but i think i'll get better.
