there's actually a lamp on that desk illuminating all of that stuff, it's kind of hard to see, but yeah. that's why it looks like that.
edit: just updated the pic with a better angle, better smoke/fire, and a small surprise.
That surprise freaked me out, I thought it was an optical illusion at first.
Now it looks much better. You could use resizer tool for those cigarettes on ground to make them look less enormous.
That surprise is the reason I don't sleep out in the wilderness in the Zone.
