Holy balls, this was good. While the animation wasn't exactly realistic it was still remarkably entertaining and expressive, that was probably one of the best/most dedicated bit I've seen..
I can't tell f the lighting was meant to highlight certain parts of an area to give importance or seibmoz just put his full attention on animating in sacrifice of lighting

It's Bloo's RE5 BSAA guys reskinned. Unless you reskinned them to look like cops.
No, they're using RE6 bsaa gear but they have that tropical combat jacket body from kane and lynch. They also have tactical belts the bsaa didn't have and gloves from battlefield 3.

oh hell i'm sorry. i did those scenes a year ago and i don't remember where i got it. just says here "1towerlight". the gasmask is a bodygroup attachment from splinter cell conviction and i made them blue.
but anyway thanks, Bbarnes005 for putting up my video.
ye those are my old towerlight dudes, awesome to see them getting used.

It's not even SFM, it says at the end of the video it was made in Garry's Mod with the Animation tool. Which is even more impressive.
