The pyro's posing is weird, but everything else is good.
It's nice. One minor thing, it's BLU, not Blue. Stupid, I know, but it's the only real flaw I see right away.

That's not a flaw at all. It has nothing to do with the picture and its just a misspelling.

maybe if pyro had his axe in someone's neck like he just chopped at them and he was shooting the flare gun it would be better
Posing on the pyro is pretty stiff. He's just kinda 'Meh, shoot this flare gun'. The Heavy's head is tilted a bit too far down. Rotate that back a bit and you'll be golden. There's also a bit of the minigun showing through the muzzle flash. Probably could touch that up with just MS Paint.
